As a Buyer, you’ll be responsible for processing orders and coordinating deliveries. In this role, you’ll be working closely with our suppliers, the Estimation team, as well as other members of the Customer Operations department. You’ll play a pivotal role in maintain our 100% growth rate from day 1 and you’ll be able to continuously share your ideas with us. What’s more? What You’ll Do
- Manage the smooth processing of quotes and orders, ensuring product quality, competitive pricing, and consistent service levels
- Negotiate quotes and orders with suppliers to maximize profits
- Foster open communication with suppliers to ensure that specs are met and address/resolve any concerns or issues
- Maintain a healthy supplier relationship with all our vendors
- Handle additional tasks as needed beyond the specified responsibilities

What You Must Be:
- Detail oriented
- Able to thrive under pressure

- Customer focused and able to solve problems quickly
What You’ll Need:
- 2 years experience in a fast-paced work environment
- 2-3 years of experience in operations or customer service
- College Degree in logistics management, a related field, or equivalent work experience (asset)
- Written and spoken proficiency in English and French (an asset)
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
