Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, dynamic startup? As a CRM & Documentation Intern, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our internal processes and CRM systems. Collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, and Supplier teams, you'll help streamline workflows, improve data integrity, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations. As our company grows, you’ll have the opportunity to grow with us!

What You’ll Do

Standardize and document internal processes and workflows across departments like Sales, Operations, and Supplier in Confluence and LucidChart

Assist with CRM automation initiatives, including setting up workflows, sequences, and task triggers to help teams operate more efficiently.

Support CRM data projects like data migration, data cleanup and helping generate basic reports to surface key insights.

  • Curiosity and process-minded thinking – You ask why, spot inefficiencies, and love solving problems.
  • Basic familiarity with CRMs (especially HubSpot) – Not required, but nice to have.
